| A Secure, Long-Term Computerized Aircraft Records and Logbook Storage and Retrieval Service which is The “Central Records Repository” for all aircraft owners. Securalog is the first and only service designed from the start to protect and securely store all of our customer’s aircraft logbooks and records in order to protect them from loss, theft, destruction and/or foul play.
This is accomplished by utilizing a proprietary scanning and software system used by the legal profession and law enforcement and accepted by all federal and state courts-of-law, and by governmental agencies. Our fully FAA certified and licensed Airframe and Powerplant Mechanics organize all logbooks and maintenance records and then certify, notarize and scan them into our large scale, secure database, with three forms of separate back-up. A full set of these original records is then provided to the aircraft owner on his or her choice of CD or hardcopy (paper). This database and back-up will then be maintained for the life of the aircraft, thus assuring availability of an original, FAR compliant and FAA accepted set of all the aircraft records and logbooks at anytime during the life of the aircraft and beyond.
This service is also designed to protect banks, insurance companies, title companies and finance companies from loss of collateral value and lawsuits in the event of fraud or loss of the aircraft records and logbooks, for any reason. | |
